The yarn store finally got the rest of the Peace Fleece for the laptop cozy. So I finished that in class on Friday. Today I lugged the entire mitered square tunic and covered my entire lap with it. I expect that will be done (except for the button band and blocking) on Wednesday. Then I have only the Noro socks, which are too tiny to knit in lecture and make my fingers hurt after a few rows anyways.
My MIL heard my stash woes, and fedexed me a HUGE box of yarn from her stash, including some handspun. It got home today and I barely avoided skipping work to run home and see it. We have game night tonight, and I made my husband promise I could have special yarn time before and after the game. It's my hope to bang out a Picovoli-inspired v-neck vest in the next few weeks, and some hats for the baby, and some fingerless mittens in a lighter weight. Then maybe some Red Sox Socks for the fam for next winter holiday.
